From what I&#039;ve seen, there really aren&#039;t many things you can do to improve performance using the &quot;old&quot; Siebel adapter (as opposed to the new WCF Siebel adapter).  The one parameter you can change is &quot;Max Concurrent Calls.&quot;  The value you should set this to depends on how well the Siebel system performs.  If it sits on fast machines, you can set the value to a higher number.  In my case, I didn&#039;t have real fast machines, so I set the value to 2.

Let me know if you find out about any other settings that I&#039;m not aware of.
